Hi folks, Just a quick note to say thanks a million for your help with this. We were in the horrors when we realised that the system was completely out of action (we only moved in last week!) but Kenneth got it sorted in no time. It would seem that the last residents were less than careful with what they flushed and I feel bad that your engineer had to deal with what must have been a less than pleasant job. Thanks again - you might let me know what the procedure is for setting up a regular service agreement with yourselves - do I just ring on an annual basis to arrange or is it based on a contract that we need to set up? Feedback The service was excellent. Kevin arrived spot on time and had all the equipment for the job, fitted pump, blower, alarm, external box, tools etc. The rewire to the unit was done expertly and all rubbish removed. He is a lovely, genuine and very knowledgeable engineer who explained the full installation and the operational side of it. 12 months ago , Sepcon replaced controller, pump and blower is the catastrophe that was my inherited mini-bio. Since then not one issue and literally a year to the day a reminder phone call that a service was due. This was completed yesterday and everything working perfectly. I was on your web site on Sunday morning (Nov. 20th) at 11:30 looking to see your service/repair capability as I needed to get my septic tank serviced.  I was contacted by IM and was asked if I needed any help. I explained what I needed and was informed that a person would be in contact on Monday morning. I replied that I was lecturing on Monday morning so please make it Monday afternoon. I was contacted on Monday afternoon and given an appointment for Thursday. I got a call approx. 40 minutes prior to them arriving.  They were very efficient and did the service and replaced a pump. They were able to process the visa payment. This is absolutely outstanding service and the best I have ever experienced on returning from Canada in 2002!
